These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by SafeVerifyNG (“SafeVerify Nigeria,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), operated by Elijah Msheliza, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
SafeVerifyNG provides verification and due diligence services in Nigeria, including but not limited to: person verification, address checks, business verification, property verification, document checks, and relationship verification.
I coordinate these services from Toronto, Canada, working with trusted local agents in Lagos, Abuja, and other Nigerian cities who perform on-ground investigations on my behalf.
Important: My services are strictly informational and investigative in nature. I do not provide legal advice, financial advice, immigration counsel, or any form of professional consulting beyond verification. The information I provide should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
While I strive for accuracy and thoroughness in every verification, I cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of all findings. Verification work is dependent on the information available at the time of investigation, local conditions, and the cooperation of third parties.
Findings represent a good-faith effort based on available evidence and should be considered alongside your own judgment and, where appropriate, professional legal or financial advice.
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days for standard verifications. Simple address checks may be completed in 1–2 days, while complex investigations may take 7–10 days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Turnaround times can be affected by factors beyond my control, including local conditions, access limitations, or the complexity of the request. I will keep you informed of any delays.
All fees are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars (CAD). I accept payment via Interac e-Transfer and PayPal.
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For standard verifications, full payment may be requested upfront. For larger or complex investigations, a partial deposit may be required with the balance due upon delivery of the report.
Refund policy: If I am unable to conduct the verification for reasons within my control, I will issue a full refund. If work has already been performed (e.g., site visits conducted, records checked), refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. Once a final report has been delivered, no refunds are available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeVerifyNG and Elijah Msheliza shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

I treat all client requests and verification findings as strictly confidential. I will not share your information or the results of any verification with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.
My local agents operate under confidentiality obligations and only receive the information necessary to complete the specific verification task assigned to them.

All reports, photos, videos, and documentation delivered to you are for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish verification reports or evidence without my written permission.
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
